Make every day in May “Cinco de Mayo!”

Thursday, April 29th, 2010 | Catering | No Comments

Cinco de Mayo. A day in which to celebrate and honor Mexican heritage, pride and tradition. But why celebrate only one day? Why not celebrate the entire month of May? That’s what we’ll be doing, and we’d love for you to consider doing the same. Treat yourself and your co-workers, friends and family to our ridiculously fresh salsas, vibrant guacamole, versatile taco and fajita bar, savory enchiladas and more. And just because we like you so much and are in a festive mood, we’ll be throwing in an extra entree and a dessert or appetizer to our Baja Lunch Buffet menu while only charging $15.99 per person! (Minimum order 25 people.) Come on. Isn’t that in and of itself reason to celebrate? Give us a call at 503-224-0370 or check out our regular Baja Lunch Buffet menu online. Hope to hear from you soon.

Sustainably Speaking,Now is the time to start your journey. I’ve told you what Sustainability is about, I’ve shown you how to commit. Did you? If not, do it immediately, or you may just miss the boat.
Taking the first step can be a big deal, but it actually is easier than you think. First off, in order to get started on your journey, you must figure out where you are and where you want to be. So, it’s time to assess the situation in a way that makes sense to you and is easy to do. In our business we started by identifying the areas of our business as they relate to sustainability. This can be done by doing some research on your own, by hiring a sustainable consultant, or by joining a group or an association whose mission is to help you become more sustainable.
Fortunately, Portland has many of such groups, one of which is tailored to the Catering and Events industry.
