Crave Catering has been hand-selected to sample our delicious wedding cuisine at this Sunday’s Bravo! Wedding Affair. This is a unique wedding show in that vendors have been hand-selected and grouped together to display a complete image and idea of a wedding celebration, from the ceremony set-up to the name cards on the table. Each room throughout the Embassy Suites has been themed and features one special wedding vendor from each wedding specialty, such as catering, photography, floral, etc. This is a great opportunity to gather wedding ideas and maybe even check a bunch of stuff off your list in one day!

Crave Catering & Bravo Live 2010

We are quite excited to be sampling and discussing our cuisine at this Wednesday’s Bravo Live show at the Oregon Convention Center. Last year, we were honored to be named “Best Caterer” at the event and are looking to exceed that this year with a menu that bursts of flavor, interest and local farm-friendly ingredients. If you are registered for the show, you’re in for a treat. If you aren’t, it’s not too late. Doors now open at 10:00 AM in order to share the space with President Obama, who will be in town in relation to Kitzhaber’s “Stand for Children” group. We are looking forward to seeing you there!

Fall Wedding in Wine Country

Crave recently catered a wedding reception at the lovely Vista Hills venue set atop a hill in Dundee, OR. The weather was crisp and sunny, the guests were all smiles, the cuisine was immaculate and the service was exceptional. Guests were bussed in on big yellow school buses, arriving with big smiles on their faces and anticipation of the evening before them. They were greeted with many of our scrumptious treats such as a mini grilled cheese sandwich and demitasse of tomato bisque, a sweet potato tartlet topped with smoked chicken, a cup of lobster bisque and new potatoes stuffed with blue cheese and bacon. A decadent fruit and cheese platter donned a wine barrel during cocktail hour as guests mingled with wine and celebrated the happy couple’s nuptials.
