Crave Catering Bar Drink Packages

Standard Bar Setup

Standard bar setup fee for Beer and Wine service: $100.00 per bar

Includes: Bar set up, ice, compostable cups, cocktail napkins, service equipment, legal liability and recycling. Beverages, tables and glassware not included.

Full Bar Setup

Full bar setup fee for Beer, Wine and Liquor service

Includes: Bar set up, ice, compostable cups, cocktail napkins, service equipment, legal liability, recycling, mixers and garnishes: Beverages, tables and glassware not included.

Corkage Fees: Standard per bottle surcharge for service of customer provided wine & bottled beer service when opened and served by CRAVE Catering Staff. All opened bottles of wine or beer calculated in final party report and billing based upon actual consumption. When CRAVE Catering Staff Serves Other People’s Liquor, there is a Per Person Fee.

Bar Staff: If Crave provides the alcohol, OLCC requires us to have an OLCC licensed bartender serving.

Bar Beverage Service Styles

Consumption Bar: Guests consume beverages “on the client”. A Minimum amount of beverages must be pre-purchased by the client. We will pre-determine during the planning process whether or not extra product should be available in the event that the pre-determined amount runs out. We can also switch to a cash bar once pre-purchased product runs out.

Cash Bar: Crave will provide alcohol and charge guests on-site for beverages.

Pre-purchased Drink Tickets: Client purchases drink tickets to hand out to guests. Basic Beer / Wine Tickets, Liquor drink ticket pricing varies – call sales office for details.
