Catering

Food is charges on a per person basis, based on a pre-determined amount set by you. We at Crave Catering will always prepare for an approximate of 5-10% over the final attendance guarantee. If there are additional guests, you will then be responsible to pay for extra guests at the agreed per person price.

• All entrees, salsas, and salads are made here daily, with the freshest ingredients.
• All platters are artfully displayed.
• We do not use Lard in any of our products.
• All of our items will be clearly labeled, and we indicate if the item is Vegetarian.
• Buffet Style Catering and Appetizer Parties include 100% bio-degradable and compostable plates & utensils, ivory linen tablecloths, and disposable white tablecloths at no additional charge.
• An 18% service charge will be applied to the total of all Food and Beverage costs to cover our set-up, equipment, and wear & tear.
• The percentage will be applied prior to any discounts.
• Gratuity not included. 10 to 20% average.
